music for bodywork
I abolutely love David Grisman's, Dogwood CD! Its all instrumental and he plays the mandolin, but of course there are other instruments. Some songs are a little quick tempo, so you might want to save it for the clients that are music inthusists. Grisman used to play alot with jerry garcia and was in the band Old and in the Way with garcia among other bluegrass legends. I strongly suggest it. I tends to get bored with the whales and flutes and all that typical stuff. Sound Tribe Sector Nine can be good for the younger folk, but some songs are too fast, so I just download and compile the good ones. No worries, thry support free music trade.Another great slow acoustic cd is Michael Housers, Door Harp. Houser used to play with the band Widespread Panic until he passed a couple summers ago from cancer. He compiled this cd before he died, so it has a lot of emotion. And if you are massaging friends that like some funk, try Karl Denson. Anything is good. Well, even if not for massage, I suggest it anyways. He rocks! He plays the saxaphone and is so soulful.
