My 6 month Pup started limping out of the blue, but shows no discomfort when we rub

and massage trying to find? We let him out side and when he came back in he was limping, so we wasnt there to see what happen. We have looked him over from head to toe and found nothing besides a spoiled dog that was taking it all in.lol sometimes the limp is worse then other times but when he gets up and starts playing its like there is nothing wrong with him. but we have notice that his right front leg is the problem. OTHER then telling me to get him to the VET anyone have any answers for this?
New update now he seems to be having trouble in his right front and back leg. could this be muscle??? I dont get it. it started his front right leg now its both. OR maybe its been his back leg the whole time and hes just walking akwardly because of not knowing how to balance himself. all of this just came out of no where.

Pano, or Panosteitis, also called 'growing pains' and 'wandering lameness', commonly shows up at this age, and occurs sporadically til about 2 yrs. of age. This is the most common reason for unexplained, intermittent pain/lameness in the limbs for large breed pups from 5-12 mos. Smaller breeds can also get pano but it's much more common in large breeds.

my pomeranian, has that problem. its when the knee cap pops out, and causes lots of discomfort, its more likely that it will pop out when the leg is straight, so be carful while inspecting him. while they're running around outside, the have an adrenaline rush, so they dont notice it,

sounds like a lactating potella which is what my dog has, sometime there knee cap will pop out. but i really think you need to get him to a vet sorry but i think you no this.
edit- well like i said it sounds like lactating potella which is what my dog has, its a birth defect and it can cause no pain and just pop out or it can cause lots, this really needs to be diagnosed by a dr tho, and check the dog for ticks, i had a dog die from ticks because we didnt no she had one, and we didnt rush her to vets until all her legs colapsed.

Your puppy is young. Your pup's bones is trying to be comfortable with it's joints. Why don't you wait for 4 weeks? It will heal it's self.

Have you checked he hasn't ripped off his dew claw?
This is a common problem and causes discomfort in the "ankle" area of the dog. In this case he wouldn't flinch if you touched his paw.

Puppy's often do this tearing around the yard.

maybe ur pup has a splinter or something but if it gets too out of control u might consider to take it to the vet
