My AIM/skype chat aren't working! Help me?

This started last night. AIM and skype chat were working fine, but all of a sudden this started to appear:

This is all I can see in the AIM box and the skype box? What is this and why is it happening? Can I fix it?

ebuddy.com

^ all work with whatever network you want.
