...with them? So my boyfriend and I were together for about 6 months before he introduced me to some of his closest friends. I hit it off with his friends and love it when the 4 of us spend time together. His friends are a married couple with kids and I love kids so it's great for me to spend time there. I started to hang out with the wife and then she was talking to me about how it's so hard working and paying for daycare. I offered to babysit whenever I can, and so I've been spending time at their place taking care of the kids while she goes to work. My boyfriend was a bit weird about it, like reminding me that they are his friends, but said he was really happy that I was helping them out. Now I have organised for the 4 of us to get together and he is really shitty at me, saying that he should be allowed to instigate things because they are his friends.

Did I really do the wrong thing? Should I not talk to her about us all meeting up when I am there babysitting?

I am not sure what to do, I hate him being upset with me, but I really think it is good for him to spend time with his mates, so why isn't he happy I am helping facilitate this?
