my first session

I haven't posted in a while, I had my first reflexology session the other day, and it went really well. Even though my gallbladder is really painfull and im probably going to have it removed i got some relief from the session. Iamreally glad i went, and its amasing how muchthey can learn about you from your feet.

So glad you feel you benefitted from your Reflexology session.

You say that your gall bladder is very painful - is this because you have gallstones? If this is the case have you tried the liver flush routine? This has in several incidences successfully softened and removed gallstones and eliminated the need for an operation.
