After reading some posts here, I decided to give Hinomaru a try. I went to Kabukicho, and was able to find the place give the instructions they provided on their website (http://www.hinomarukanko.com). By the way, I speak some daily conversation japanese, which happened to be quite helpful.

The guy at the entrance waved at men when he saw me coming so I knew they were gaijin-friendly.
