"My muscles are shaking"

Has anyone had this happen?
A client is on the table, I am massaging their back and they say "This is weird, I feel that my muslces are shaking". My hands are a little shaky but not to the point that it's noticeable and I take a medication for that. I had people make this comment maybe 3 or 4 times in 4 years I've been massaging. I remember 2 of these people and 1 of them was a very antsy person to start with, she kept fidgeting the entire massage and couldn't stop talking.
Is it me or is it them? I have no explanation.

trigger points (active or latent) can cause a local muscle twitch response. sometimes you can see the twitch it in the muscle, while the client isn't even aware it is happening. usually, if they are aware of their body they notice it.

other sensory responses include heat or tingling, even goosebumps. i have a TrP in my right upper trap, that every time it is pressed. my entire right upper body responds in goosebumps.
