I was "getting back" at Burt for accusing me and banning me due to having multiple personalities on TJA. I developed the following multiple personalities for an illustration and humor.


1) loneranger1981 - A black Boxing fan who warships Mike Tyson and hates Nascar.

2) LocustSwine - A frined of loneranger1981 who had a chip on his schoulder for being an african american in a white world. He did not respect The Man.

3) Nacho. - Pure humor and manipulation of Irishman who never thought Nacho was real.

I did race-bait a little, but backed off so that it would be hummor more than ugly.

Now I am back as Metal - but only lurking. I was thinking about coming back as a White Supremist who hates Mexico, or an Italian Stallion who loves himself, or a Country Music fan - but ditched the idea when I was asked by Milkman to kewl it - in his own respectful and kind manner.

So like I PM'ed the moderator - the game has ended and I won't fuck around anymore.

I know Burt has helped me and others out a lot in the past- so I will have to agree to disagree with the interpretation of the TJA Rules.

In the meantime - I may be around The Zona soon - and if I am - I'll be sure and capture some new kewl circumstances to be able to write about.

He already was kicked off one board for violating it's 'terms of service' with his new website, so now he is having someone make another new site for him, and hand over the keys to him, while at the same time making sure he doesn't violate any laws, or TOS( terms of service)

BTW, banning a second handle doesn't automatically delete posts made using it. (Do a search on your other handles and you'll find posts under those handles.)

Also, some people are better than others at "covering their tracks." (Just ask Fireballs.) The mods usually don't delete second handles without a smoking gun. You left a smoking gun.

Finally, you're right that sometimes the mods catch people breaking the rules and sometimes they don't. Which doesn't mean it is safe or OK to break the rules.

How were my personalities different? Answer is they were not. If you would have signed up on Dr Choi's site last night - you would have seen my OTHER personalities in describing recent events in a humorous way.

My handles on TJA were all specifially related to Metallica and with signatures in the same flavour.

If I wanted to create a new personality - the first thing I would have done is harass JD and make fun of him. I never did that on your TJ Amigos site.

EF made and posted this rule; it's been around for years. This isn't the first time TJA has deleted multiple accounts. The real difference is you "took it public."



If you received the above referenced PM then obviously your Metal account is working, not banned as you stated. You're still welcome to post under your Metal handle. (BTW "mod bashing" is also against TJA rules. Although the mods have given you a "pass" on that in the past I won't answer for what will happen in the future. There are new mods and new enforcment idea.)

This is a great example of an ad hoc decesion made by a single moderator; and yet claims it is a WRITTEN RULE.

Unless of course this new rule was just made this morning and implimented retroactivly.




Here is an un-edited email I received from "Moderator" three days ago.
The TJ Amigos rules state:

Multiple usernames.

You may have multiple usernames, but not multiple board personas.

You may use additional usernames for the purpose of anonymity when posting trip reports, chica reports, etc, but not for talking to yourself or supporting your other usernames in debates.


You have broken this rule. Consequently your are no longer permitted to use multiple handles. If you break this rule again your Metal account will also be banned.
