Well I've come back from my Thailand / Singapore trip. All I can say is I miss the good food and people.

I went to Koh Samui for 2 days, I highly recommend the island. We rode around the island on scooters, did some diving and snorkeling, drinking etc.

I met a girl at the taipan. No baht needed. Spent a while with her but as it turns out she is a bar girl anyway. hah. When I discovered she was a bar girl the next night as we walked down soi eric to mai thai. she wanted me to bar fine her.

Does anybody know me/anong at the millenium?

I didnt feel like I could trust her completely, she didnt speak too much english. She said she had been working there 2 months. I'm not sure I can beleive this. Maybe somebody knows her and can shed light on this?

I'm really just a paranoid person and I certainly dont trust women

She did the push for money thing over the trip which I expected but I dont think it was that much compared for a proper BG.

Maybe somebody can explain to me how thai - farang relationships work?

Sounds about right. I just wonder how they seriously start relationships with a farang

Some do and some don't, there are good and bad out there the same as anywhere but i would say that many are financial sponsors that are stupid enough to send money from home to their banks.

This goes for many thai women including others that don't work in the bar scene. To be fair to them i don't blame them as they are looking for a way out of poverty which is fair enough

They all say they been working there 2 months, except the ones who say they been working there 2 days! mg:

Still there are a few who do get into serious relationships and who make great wives, somtimes, too. But as has often been said here, you have to take her back home or move to Thailand. When you get into the relationship where you are her sponsor, you are heade for heartaches! :broken_he
