My wife messages,talks and chat to one of his friend ,she says a fatherly figure...?

My wife told me that she chats and meets a friend of her schooltime without my knowledge but now she is revealing this to me and wants to openly let her do so....i refused and she threatened to break our marriage...we have 2 kids.....then she also said that they have nothig wrong in their relations...now she forced me to allow her to go and stay at a hotel along kids at her friends town....she again says they have no wrong relations.....i refused 2 do so and she left my home along 2 kids...did'nt go 2 her parents place...lived at some unknown place with my kids almost a month has gone and is calling up and saying she has done nothing wrong and wants 2 come back on the condition i must allow her friendship .I am planning 2 divorce her but worry about kids....i love my kids very much and law almost always favours ladies......and again she is always saying she is innocent....what 2 do ...please sugges...i live in INDIA

OK, we only have your side of the story, but from what you present here, it sounds like your wife at least had hanky-panky in mind. She sure as heck wasn't respecting your marriage worth a darn, first in chatting with the guy, then in throwing it in your face. Now she's made it "your fault" because YOU didn't approve of her shenanigans.

Were I you, I would make every effort to work it out with her. Two kids shouldn't be so readily thrown onto the trash heap. If you really, really can't work it out, then do EVERYTHING YOU CAN to get custody of your kids, or have a strong, strong presence in their lives. Your wife sounds like one who will parade men through their lives and make them miserable. If you get the kids, you have to love them and only them -- let the ladies wait until the kids are grown up.
