I did 8 days training with Tom Myers (the other author of the book) earlier this year and it was fantastic, though I wouldn't have called it an MFR course **shrug** James Earl is running the same classes in London in Oct/Nov - those seem to be a bit shorter than the ones I did, maybe to allow Tom to go off on more tangents they added a couple of extra days. Tom's an amazing presenter.
The courses I did were:Anatomy Trains Myofascial Meridians (Manual)Fascial Release for Structural Balance: Hip and PelvisFascial Release for Structural Balance: Shoulders and Arms.Very, very good material, a lot of the hands-on material did come out of the Fascial Release for Structural Balance book, but I have to say I wouldn't have really got it without the hands-on course.
The courses were so good I'm considering the much loinger KMI courses starting with KMI Structural Vision ~ Part I, it's running in Oxfordshire in Sept though Anatomy Trains is a pre-requisite. If you book and pay directly through the Anatomy Trains website you wouldn't have any concerns about the local host going bust.
