Name?

Ok, now that I have decided to carry on with my career, I am wanting to cement things a bit with a biz name.

I was thinking something along the lines of "Body Bliss" or Blissful Bodywork." I like the alliteration, but I am thinking I might want to go more medical than relaxation, if that makes sense...might want to take Bliss out of it totally, and just come up with another "B" word to go with Bodywork.

Please let me know what you think....I would GREATLY appreciate it!!!

i like your ideas. body bliss and blissful bodywork. (also i am a huge fan of joseph campbell, who told us all to follow our bliss.)

but just off the top of my head, how about balanced bodywork, or balanced bliss??

Choosing the name for your business is not easy. One, it should convey what you do. It also should be you. These are obvious. There are other things to take into consideration though. I consult numerology. When you add numbers of all letters of the name you think of, you should have some solid number for business. 8 is perfect, for it’s a number of money and power. 4 is a solid number for business. 6 is a good number for bodywork. You don’t want 7 for example for it’ an introvert number. You won’t attract any clients with number like that. Body Bliss is 8. It’s obviously was your first favorite and it works! Blissful Bodywork is 6. Still is good, but not as great as 8. Also, why do you want a word “work” in the name of a business? Not a good suggestion.
I wish it was that easy, but it’s not. If you are creating a new business, you have to think of a website, right? Now you need to check the availability of some variation of your business domain name for your website. Here I did a sample search for you: Link

Do not buy it right away though for choosing Web hostessing Company can make a great difference in your business.
Another place to check with a prospect of a future website is Google keywords tool: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal . There you will see what words people are searching for on the web and how much competition for that word is out there. This is not that important for local business but it can help. Search volume means how many people are searching for it. Advertiser competition means how many websites have this keyword on their pages. Seems like bliss body (not body bliss) is a winner.

You also need to check with a city and make sure that name is available.
