Need help with Employment Contracts

i need some help writing business contracts to hire massage therapists both as independent contractors and also as employees. I have found information on legally defining each, but i need some help actually writing the contract (i.e. no compete clause within x mile radius, who retains clients when contract is up, pay set up per hour vs. perceneforum.xxxe, etc) If anyone has a sample contract, I'd love to see a copy! :

Need help with Employment Contracts

I just read the current issue of Massage Therapy Journal (the AMTA publication). There is a huge section devoted to illustrating the pros/cons of either approach from both the therapist's and the spa/salon owner's perspectives. There are even sample contracts. Check it out! I must say that every contract/lease I have ever signed has been uniquely negotiated together with the owner, so that we could both be happy with our business relationship arrangements.Good luck!Sagetherapist
