Need Help with my Honda! Im a car newbie.?

Well My honda got stolen, Its a 2D Lx 96 By the way. And they took out the ignition, So I after about 3 weeks I go get it from the Tow place, and I replaced the Ignition and Replaced my Engine Relay chip and Put gas in it. So now when I turn it, It only makes that Revving sound that car`s make when the battery`s dead, But the battery`s good. So When I check My Spark plugs 3 of them are filled with what I think is oil or some type of sludge. So Is this a problem I can fix on my own or do I need a mechanic?

Oh and Btw my keys locks up in the ignition unless I disconnect the wire coming from the engine.

if u have sludge in 3 out of 4 cylinders i would suggest u find a new car......not worth fixing.......means that the thieves blew at least the head gasket and probably the motor ...ever hear the phrase "drive it like u stole it" ?? that's what it sounds like they did and blew it up...

the ecu needs to be reprogrammed to the new lock cylinder and chip...as well as some other things.....but with the blown engine this car just isn't worth fixing IMHO
