When I'm in my email chatting with a friend, I keep getting a survey pop up. I've taken the survey about 10 times, yet I'm still getting the pop up. If I close the pop up out, it logs me out of chat. Then I have to sign back in so that I can chat again. How do I make the survey pop up go away?

Also, how do I turn off short cut keys in yahoo email chat? If I type a c, n, m, or other letters, it keeps bringing up other things like new chat, new message, etc. when all I want to do is talk to my friend. Please help with this, it's very aggrevating. Thanks.
