Negotiations with Chiropractor Advice, Please

I am potentially entering into employment negotiations with a chiropactor. I have been in private practice for five years now, so I am unfamilar with the possible arrangements with chiropractors. I was hoping that you guys might be able to advise me on some possible directions and things to look/watch out for.

I'll take any advice you are willing to share.

Here are some options that I am aware of:

Split working as a IC: You provide most to everything you need (supplies) they bill insurance, make appointments, refer clients etc for you. (make sure you are getting your 50% worth)

Room rent: You rent the room or part of office and work as a completely seperate business. You advertise for yourself and gain clients yourself. (Some DC's are not willing to do this arrangement)

Employee: You get paid per hour (or more when massaging and less when not) and they supply everything. (Being an employee after 5 years of owning your own may not be what you want)
