Nervous about a massage?

okay i'm seventeen and i've never gotten one before, not professionally at least, and i got a gift card for one for valentine's day. i'm kinda nervous because i'm pretty sure you get naked, well i mean you can leave your underwear on, but i hear it feels better when you're completely naked. any advice to help me not be so nervous? thank you in advance ?

when i got my first massage i wasn't nervous, but only because my mom was the massage therapist!! but i do totally understand where you're coming from, i'm very modest and there isn't many times when i feel comfortable stripping. my mom and her friends who are also massage therapists absolutely DO NOT focus on the client's nakedness. when they have their little meetings, they talk about new techniques, not about who is fat and who is hot. i promise that they are hired to do a professional job, they won't be looking at you. it does feel better when you're completely naked (i have gotten a massage from another massage therapist other than my mom), but if you feel more comfortable wearing you underwear (i don't think you're allowed to wear your bra) then it's up to you obviously, after a few times of going you might get more relaxed and get comfortable enough to take all your clothes off. also, you might fell more comfortable having a girl give you a massage instead of a guy, just for reassurance. I am pretty shy too and I was scared my first time too! But the person massaging you isn't there to look at you naked, they are supposed to just give you the massage. It does feel MUCH better when you are naked and you feel free and relaxed and if it makes you feel better, ask for a girl/guy massage. Ha ha. Hope I helped!

You definatly want to get down to at least your panties. You are under a sheet so you are not exposed, but go with what you are comfortable with. If you don't think you will be comfortable nude wear your panties. If you leave your panties on they just don't massage your butt.
