new boy hits bangkok.

hi all,

i'm hitting bangkok for the first time at end of january. will stay there about week then hit pattaya. anybody with any advice for a newbie would be most appreciated. i'm mainly going for the nightlife and bargirl scene. intend of having some 3 sums....my fave!!

Just have fun and enjoy every single minute of being in los...best advice i can give.

Secondly, there will be differeing opinions on this but personally i would advise you to skip bangkok and only stay for 1 -2 nights max. Get your ass to pattaya ASAP - it's the unquestionable daddy of bargirl nightlife.
Bangkok used to have this crown but is rapidly going downhill with earlier closing times not to mention higher prices quoted by the girls.

Get to pattaya fast - you won't regret it

yes but whatever anyone says about bangkok,you cannot dismiss eden,its great best place i been to and a place i think every one should try at least once.
a friend of mine got back from bkk last monday,he went to eden for the firsst time(he a regular to thailand) he said he loved it he said the birds where well fit,and he had the most eager seeing to off 2 girls that he could ever of imagined.
i too thought this on my first trip there.

thanks for advice guys. luckily i have a friend whos been living with a thai girl for the last year in centre of bkk. (you've heard that before i bet!) initially he will show me around ,but will leave me to my own devices. was goin to stay a week in bkk...but going with your advice maybe just a few days then move to pattaya!!!

True enough to put up just a few days in BKK is good. Shouldn't be there 4 long...hit it at Pattaya. Remember to check out the Reggae pub with live band. Coollest pub in Pattaya, I think. BGs are everywhere...Black and White (Dark and Fair, i meant)..Good luck.

apart from nana plaza,soi cowboy the 2 main ones for farang bar areas.
angels disco in nana hotel is a must.just go expolring.
if you find a real special bg and want to escape the regular places and like live music try saxophone club close by victory monument good live music there?best spot for atmosphere is the banyon tree hotel on the 60th floor resturant and bar not cheap but you will NEVER forget the views but closes early at 01,00
just be curious and explore maybe you might find a great place as the nightlife in bangkok is world class away from the gogo bars SEEK AND YE SHALL FIND?
