I think the whole diy experience is unique to Xioaping. Places either offer the h.e. or they don't. The only difference, some won't offer, if you don't ask. I'm not aware of a new place on the North side.

Well, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. It took me a while to realize how good the "search" button was on this site.
