A New Jersey man has been accused of sexually assaulting another woman after a second victim came forward.
Dequan Cedeno, 35, was arrested and charged in connected to the alleged inappropriate contact with another woman during a massage at the Hand & Stone Spa in Allendale on February 19.
This came after he was arrested and accused of sexually assaulting a female customer at the same spa on March 15 after she came forward to New Jersey police.
Cedeno has been charged with three counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella revealed in the latest update on this story.
Police revealed he was working as a massage therapist at the time of both alleged incidents. Following his first arrest, Cedeno appeared at Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensac but was released until further court proceedings.
The Teaneck man has now been arrested twice over the incidents ( Google Maps)
He is now being held at Bergen County Jail and awaits new charges. According to the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, Cedeno is currently a certified massage and bodywork therapist.
The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is being urged to get in touch with the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Tips Line at 201-226-5532.
According to the New Jersey Police website: "Sexual violence encompasses a range of offenses, including: completed nonconsensual sex act (i.e., rape); attempted nonconsensual sex act; abusive sexual contact (i.e., unwanted touching); and non-contact sexual abuse (e.g., threatened sexual violence, exhibitionism, verbal sexual harassment)."

People who think they have been a victim are advised to get to a safe place then don't bathe, shower, douche, change your clothes, eat, drink, smoke, urinate, brush your teeth, gargle or anything else that might destroy or wash away evidence before reporting it to the police.
