KM5 South, a massage and wellness studio, is celebrating its new location with an Open House on Wednesday, September 7th from 6-8 PM. The studio, located at 812 Lapeer Avenue, Suite A in Port Huron, is the second location operated by entrepreneur and massage therapist, Krista Ward.
Krista Ward has been working as a massage therapist for over five years out of a private office in Mercy Village. She specializes in injury and neuromuscular massage and helping older adults reduce pain and achieve rest and relaxation. She also has extensive training in prenatal massage, sound meditation, and body treatments that improve the look and feel of her clientโs skin and bodies.
As her clientele grew, Krista decided to expand KM5 by adding two new massage therapists and a south end location to grow her business. She chose a the historic building on Lapeer Avenue and sought to make it her own, adding vintage decor and a farm house feel that offers a warm and cozy vibe for both her and her clients.
KM5 is also a boutique with hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays where the community can come in and shop her collection of Farmhouse Fresh, Shaklee, and Plant Therapy products.
Those who want to check out KM5 South can stop by the Open House to meet the team, experience a complimentary massage, grab a swag bag full of goodies, and enter a drawing for 1 full year of massages.
