Has anyone been in this place? The website claims it is a new nightclub The Loft

Its right opposite K2's bar Angels - very thai oriented, doesn't get going till 2 or 3 am

Been there with some Thai friends in July, as mentioned very Thai oriented, I must have been the only Farang when we went there.
GF would not let me dans there, No other Farang and she did not want me to have problems...
Would not recommend to go there on your own.

Not a bad place if you looking to drink and party after say 2 / 3 AM. No problem by going alone as farang or with a group. Clientele mostly Thai but in all the times I have been there always friendly. Only issue I had was with a ....... farang.....

Very strange promotion on the website!

Never seen a nightclub promote the fact that they are very small or the drink prices are "a little higher" than there rivals!

In most of the pics on the site, there are about 3 people in the background. Even when I walked past when it was open (Ok low season), there never seemed to be anyone going in their. Still I never been in, could be great!

I was going through the links from the before pasted website, when I found the link to the Sukhumvit road bar complex, so I took a look. It is somewhere I never really been too, as anytime I have walked past and been grabbed by the employed man grabbers, there been so little people in there, i never thought about going in for a few beers.

But according to the website, there is a nightclub there called "Night Station". Has anyone ever been there? I have never seen anyone write anything about this place! (Ok, i havent searched IJ, but im sure you'd forgive me once!)

I think a very fair promotion.... And looking to the prices they are not actually more expensive! Beers 100 THB... Lower than 'the other places'.

Only a pitty that they can't get the names of the liquors right on the menu..

I went to The Loft on their opening day with K2, JonnyYen and Dodger I think just to check it out. It was "early" and quiet. Havent been there since but a police friend off-duty invited me few weeks ago when he saw me going home on Bangla and met his wife his friends, at that time the place was packed. (With mainly Thais) Not often police men pay for my drinks.

Walked in there once in April.
It's at the end of Sukhumvit beerbar complex, up some stairs.
A big dance hall with chairs on both sides and a seforum.xxxe at the end.
Some guys outside lured my to go in and have a look, claiming that they had sexy dancers specially flown in from BKK!:ytounge:
Once inside I was the only customer, except a lone coyotee girl dancing on the seforum.xxxe!
I just turned around and left!
Would surprise me if it still is open?

Replied to this question before - but since going with Nicke just after 'The Loft' opened have been back - it really is a late night place for post 2-ish Thai crowd - the girls like it but the music very loud - drink prices OK - its a change to Galaxy and a shorter walk. Not a place to go looking for a girl though I'd suggest - her Thai b/f, family etc may not be so impressed.

Night Station - at the end (up small flight of stairs) - been there when they had the 'models' in - was very very quiet (I was the only one there) - not sure if it even open anymore. Probably suffers cos too far down the street for tuk-tuk drop offs and no parking for cars/motorbikes.

A new disco upstairs to Angels is due to open mid-November - Gazette is advertising for staff. It's owned by a Finnish company with 40 clubs in Europe - so hope it works out OK - the work inside looks pretty good.

Yeah a lot of Thai people in there, Its ok and from what I seen you could still pick up a few girls but like Kev said you need to be a bit more careful and descreet about it I suppose, Other thing I found is that there was a lot of Gay people inside... Not my kinda of place!!

was there July/Aug its mostly bg not looking 4 farang after work that's why it starts at 2 but no body there till at least 3 closed at about 6 but there is a few girls working

Yes have been there a few times,i actually have a bar in Sukhumvit; Cheers bar.In high season they have a lot of "famous Thai people to entertain,music-modelshow etc.It was okay,i actually went up to the seforum.xxxe to get an autograph from some Thai superstar,to my gf.I barely speak when i am sober,so i must had a lot of fluid inside:embrassed

Was there with Ally a couple times in July. We both brought our own birds from other clubs. Its great for a late night cap. Its also alot closer then Safari. So its cool as long as you got a bird. Pricing was reasonable but took for ever to get my change back. I think they were hoping I forgot about it. Also I heard it was run or part owned by a cop?
