New Owner / Management at Utopia.... any suggestions?!

That is a really positive development. I always thought the place itself was quite nice but the management was so bad it made me never want to go there again. Hopefully if they get some good girls who are giving consistently good service and the new owners run the place properly they can become a top tier spa.

My suggestions:

- No more of that techo music or whatever the hell it is where it's just the same relentless thing with no words or chord changes for half an hour (and turn it down!)

- Some of the mirrors in the rooms have some sort of wooden shelf at exactly eye level when you are laying on the table... whose idea was that?! The mirrors are supposed to be for looking at the girls!!! - get rid of the shelves (or at least relocate them)!

- Let's not stop with female ownership... let's make sure all the receptionists are exclusively female, forever, from now to eternity....

Female ownership is a great thing, IMHO. And ask any girls who've worked for both and they'll say women usually are the better choice.

I heard from one of the local MPAs that SRM bought Utopia.
I find it hard to believe since they already owned two spas in the area and if they also owned Utopia they surely would have been promoting it.

But since it is a female owner you never can tell.

I hear it's SRM's photographer! If nothing else that will mean the pics of the girl's will be first rate!

this place has (or i guess had?) the worst management ever
i was there about 3 weeks ago in the morning and and half the girls hadn't show up for the shit, door was locked at 10am (receptionist decided to roll in 15 min later) and when i looked in the hot tub it was full of dirt and there was even a big ass bug in there
