Question New to AMP, Can someone give me a quick rundown?

Hello,
I am new to this whole thing. I really wanted to try this out to a nearby AMP. I hope I can get some tips and low down of what to expect.
I have a couple questions.
If the website has a fixed fee on time should I only bring enough to pay that fee or should I be bringing more for tip? Do I tip the attendant directly or should i expect to give it at the end when I pay?
Tip? How much is regular tip? ... Do they tell you how much more into the massage ?
Also If a place has timed service do they work in the extra stuff w/in the time or they just extend and I have to pay more? Services – Forever Spa has 30/45/60 min time
I'm wanting full service or even CBJ/BBBJ, If I nut early does it end there? or do I lose my time ?
Any slangs I should know? or links to something I can use for referce? I have been trying to piece most of by head haha!

Great questions on OP....wish there was a 'noob' section to read about basic MPA etiquette...what $$$ is optional vs required etc..
best / recommended way of booking or walk right in..
Is it ok to ask if the girls are clean (no std) or will you get slapped .... etc
Is there any chance the cops are gonna raid the place just as I'm experiencing my first ever hj ..( with my luck ).
Hope one of the veterans here or a moderator can chime in or point us in the right direction.
