I'm planning on marketing to current clients:
One thing I'm planning on doing immediatly, at the start of the year, and making it more formal then I have done in the past............ is spending 10 minutes before all current client's appointments, to check in.
(I want to treat my current clients like gold, and make sure they keep coming back)
A few things I want to do, is make sure I have all current information updated and correct, including numbers and health info.
I also want to ask a few questions (something)like: Am I addressing all of your issues? Do you want more or less of something during the session? Do you wish I would add something to my practice?
Basically, I just want everyone to know how much I appreciate them and their business; and want to make sure that the massage treatment isn't becoming automatic. Or if it is, that that is ok for my relaxation clients.
I am also going to update my email list to current clients (for same day appts), check in with these clients about contacting them in that manner. I am also planning on saying that I have time in my schedule for some new clients, ask them if they need any of my business cards, and would appreciate if they wanted to refer.
