I have always done some minor weight lifting but I am wanting to get into a very serious workout routine in which I will be working out for 2 or 3 hours a day every day of the week. Four days of the week do weights and cardio, three days of the week do strict cardio. Anyways, as for my question, I just bought Creatine in powder form (mixes with water to create a Fruit Punch drink) and was wondering if I should start taking this from the get go or wait a little while before taking it. I need fast results (I know there are no "fast" results; but, I want to gain as much muscle and lose as much fat as I can in three months) so I can't wait too long to take a supplement. Also, I read a few questions on here from a few years back and they seem to be anti-creatine due to health issues....are these still around (liver, kidney, and heart issues)?
I need to get in the best shape possible in two to three months time because I will be attending Pro Wrestling school.
Any information at all concerning the use of Creatine or any other supplement for a "newbie" would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
