No hardcore runner questions or anything - I'm just curious about something. I just started adding more cardio to my workout - I do this amazing bootcamp that combines strength training and cardio but I still felt that I needed more.
Anyway, on Monday walked/jogged/sprinted a bit over 3 miles (on a treadmill) in about 40 minutes. I did the same yesterday and today my calves are KILLING me. Walking down the stairs in the flats I wore to work hurts, they are SORE.
So I'm wondering if I should take today off and start again tomorrow. Or should I just go for it and do the same today. Or should I mix it up somehow? Suggestions?
Thanks in advance!
