Newbie skateboard question!?!?

So im planing on buying a cheap skateboard deck cause i dont have much money. but i heard that the brand im getting is bad? so if i buy name brand wheels&barrings and put them on there instead will it make it a better board? And i need some tips on newbie skateboarding lol

My set up is a Mini-Logo deck and its made by Powell. They should be in just about any zumiez and they are 29.99. Also i would go with bones wheels but those are generally pricey. Reds bearings give you the best bang for your buck and are amazing. Lastly id get venture or independent trucks. I ride tensors but those are pretty expensive.

Deck doesn't really matter. Wheels and bearings are crucial, I would suggest bones red bearings. They are cheap and are awesome. Make sure you get a suitable deck size because it sucks having a baby/huge board
