Wide open race right now for the SB. Its been quite an interesting year so far. I think about 8-10 teams have a legitimate shot to go all the way. Of course you have to start with the 2 unbeaten teams New Orleans and Indy, then Minnesota has good chance then teams like San Diego, Philly, Arizona, Cincy, Green Bay, maybe Denver. I wouldn't count out teams like New England, Baltimore or Dallas yet either. Its sure to be a fun stretch run the next few weeks heading into the playoffs.

One thing I truly believe is that it wont be the Saints and Colts in SB 44 in Miami. Good chance for one or the other but not both in my opinion. It never seems to work that way, there's usually some upstart who will knock off one of the favored teams. (Can you say Cincinnati Bengals this year with that defense and overcomming some serious adversity. Just a hunch). Anyway I'd love to see what others predictions are for the playoffs.

it's a heartbreaker seeing these teams lose. i have a feeling p. rivers can take them all the way in 09.

The Colts are the hottest team in the League winning the last 9. Of those 3 were playoff teams(The Chargers have zero wins against playoff teams)..The Colts have two other wins against playoff teams.

Does not mean the Colts will beat the Chargers, but I don't think you can argue the Chargers are the hottest team with only a 4 game winning streak.

- Can some one please tell the Brett Favre, to go fish in Mississipi and stop talking about retirement. What a farce
- Someone should tell Tomlinson to shutup and just run the ball instead of being a team spokesperson
- Chargers are the so called hottest team, but they are no 2005 Steelers or 2007 Giants making that kind of run. As per Sampson (and others). Offense wins games, but Defense wins championships........
