Dropped in to no 1 yesterday. Saw Annie formerly Linda of Del Sol . She has known me a long time and seems to just know how to read what I need. I had torn a hamstring that morning. It was a bit too soon for massage and it hurt like hell, not Her fault that was my own . The Massage was excellent as always other than that one part . For a small lady Annie is strong and if you need deep tissue she would be my girl . I saw a tall older looking woman there as well . She looked good for her age I think she is owner or management.

I had a session with Ashley once that’s who I thought this was this lady looks older for some reason . Maybe it’s just that I haven’t seen her for a while . Her body looked tight like Ashley’s . She also looked about as friendly as a Bear with a sore ass.

I don't have a good experience at NO 1 spa at all.
I never had a chance to get a massage with a young and pretty girl, what they advertise on KIjiji.
Misleading ads.
I got switch and bite all the time whenever I book.
If I walk in and ask for a certain girl, they will answer me she does not work anymore, or who is it.
This is my big NO, NO place to go.
