No Alcohol This Weekend !

Actually I never worked anywhere where alcohol could be sold on election days, until I had a store in California. I don't know the current laws, but we couldn't sell in Arizona or Indiana until the polls closed.
 
Liquor stores can't sell booze Sunday until after 6 PM. Bars and restaurants are not effected.
 
Bohemian you can get by Tijuana without drinking just once can't you? There are always SGs. But yes everyone is saying the booze will be flowing in Tijuana so there is nothing to worry about.

I been in Mexico before on a dry weekend, and I didn't like it at all. I said to myself what a stupid rule, but hey if we had that rule in the US I'm sure George Bush would have never won his second election? I mean how else could you explain people not only voting for him once, but twice?

You know what I really hate about election weekend in Mexico? It's all those assholes in pickup truck, with guys in the back waving election banners and honking horns!
 
I am sure that some places in Mexico will suspend alcohol sales during the election....Tijuana will not be one of them.
 
I heard there will be no sale of Alcohol this weeekend due to elections on Sunday. Not sure if its true or which days and hours. Whether even the alcohol shops will be closed ?
