DENVILLE, N.J. – Authorities have arrested the owner of a massage business on Route 10 and another individual in connection with an alleged prostitution operation, the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office announced Monday.
Soon Y. Bang, 63, of Fairview, was charged with promoting prostitution, money laundering, and engaging in prostitution at Oasis Spa, located at 3108 Route 10 West. Investigators allege that Bang ran an illicit massage business and profited from sex acts performed on-site.
On February 20, 2025, Denville Police, along with U.S. Homeland Security Investigations and multiple law enforcement agencies, executed search warrants at the spa and at a residence in Fairview. Authorities recovered a large amount of cash, which they say is evidence of prostitution.
Investigators also charged Yushun Li, 67, of Flushing, New York, with engaging in prostitution, a disorderly persons offense. Authorities allege that Li and Bang participated in sexual activity in exchange for money.
The investigation involved multiple agencies, including the Denville Police Department, U.S. Homeland Security Investigations Human Trafficking Task Force, U.S. Secret Service, and Morris County Prosecutor’s Office.
Authorities say the case remains under investigation as they work to determine the full extent of the operation.
