i think everyone has their opinions. i hear alot of complaining about the changes in thailand, and although i partake in the wilder side, i do think that the changes are good. i mean just look at how well they've cleaned up their image in regards to child prostitution. i cannot say for sure because i wasnt there 10 years ago, but thats all you ever read about in regards to thailand. i also think that all the nice upscale restauarants and bars are also good for thailand
 
Yes, this guy is too hard in his words. Who cares about where goes our money if we are ready to spend it.
But he is right on one way : Thailand has many other things to offer. I always try to meet Thai people, visit some nice places, etc... I have made 2 trips in LOS with my GF a long time ago, and never looked at BG's ... If i love so much this country, it is for many other reasons than BG's. It is really my paradise on earth, not only a s*x paradise :)
