Having some computer problems (yes I've tried restarting) anyone know of a good IT guy?

I'd like a professional but would like to make it clear I don't like paying.

I could get an amateur in but you know how it is you end up paying one way or another with them.

My computer is though quite a good spec so a pro would probably enjoy working on it for free. :out:
