My bud suggested I get Brave browser, but it works on firefox, chrome as well. Told him about this site and all the ads.

Get the uOrigin extension.
Restart the browser.

right click any ad you don't want to see and obviously there are a shit ton.

After you right click the ad, select "block element".
A window pops up in the lower right, and the ad you selected is highlighted in a pinkish hue.
On the lower right a window appears and select "create".
The ad is gone.

Repeat until all the ads are gone.

Wow! I downloaded the uOrigin extension for Firefox. As soon as I re-opened MassagePlanet all the top of page ads were gone without any further action on my part.

I'll report if there is any unwanted effect on other sites.

I use to use adblock plus, but he told me uorigin is much better.

uBlock Origin 1.24.4 is one of the best ad blockers. You can add custom list from github to make it even more aggressive. Also It is very easy to modify any settings to your liking. It woeks on Youtube as well as on many other video sites.. I ahve been using for years by now.

Don't ever look at ad pics. Always will lead you wrong. Just block all pics, you dont have to see any spam, shill pics or fakes that are sworn to be close to real!

I’ve walked into a few (a lot) of places over the years and seen what I can’t un-see. Sometimes the ads followed by a cold shower and a few fingers of Scotch are a better experience.

I use the Tor browser with a VPN so that my browsing activity is all untraceable. Higher priority for me than scrolling past ads.

Remember TOR browser is based on p2p and it could slow down your network speed. The best way to use it is not to install it just use the portable version. You can run it from a USB stick too.
