Not sure if to take a BTEC courses in sport massage or a ITEC ?

To get into sport massage it is very confusing as there are so many courses , i know i need to take a course with A&P included but my problem is that some people say do a BTEC because this is the better course , but there are more courses being run which are ITEC ?
