NR places in downtown core...

Hi, I'm new... this is my first post. So far this place has proven extremely resourceful and I hope I can add to it in the future.

I'm new to the MP scene... I've only been twice before.

For New Year's Eve, I wanna give my pal a birthday present and bring him to a MP. Myself, I would be interested in a NR session.

Any classy place you guys recommend? Preferably somewhere near Yonge/Bloor, Yonge/Egl, Yonge/Queen, etc.

I'm trying to read reviews using Romeo's pages at the same time, but it's hard to find info in the huge amounts of discussions you have here!

You can try Santa Clara the new Spa on St Clair W and Dufferin.

Blue Pearl and Body and Soul are not that far from the down town core.

If it's you friend's birthday it might be worth you while to travel a bit to find what you are looking for.

The real downtown locations don't seem to stay "classy" terribly long. High density of LE appears to rule out having nice places there.

Probably the best place that is easy to get to, centrally, is Body & Soul, just west of the mall at Dufferin and the 401.

In theory, the "Studio B satellite site" near St Clair & Dufferin may be more downtown, and reasonable; we have yet to hear anything much about it. It's not a particularly convenient location for me, and reports have been very limited. Perhaps people are worried about "late December busts," and not of the DD variety :-(

By the way, doing an nslookup on santaclaraspa.com is also pretty illuminating...

The site was put online yesterday (2002-12-31), as evidenced by the fact that the domain was only registered yesterday...

It's there... they had me do a page for them and the final layout was approved over the weekend, thus the registration showing yesterday.
