QUEENSBURY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — The Queensbury man who is accused of offering massage therapy services without a license faces additional sexual abuse and forcible touching charges. Two others were arrested and are accused of aiding and abetting Tieli Wang, 54, of Queensbury.

The investigation led to the arrest of Shuhand Wang, 27, of Queensbury, and Lili Wang, 52, of Queensbury.
On March 28, around 3:15 p.m., troopers received a complaint alleging Wang inappropriately touched a victim while at a business in Queensbury. Police say an investigation found Wang was hired by the victim for a massage at Lily Spa earlier that day.
Troopers say Wang forcibly touched the victim as well as two others dating back to the fall of 2023. Troopers’ investigation found Wang was not licensed to perform massage therapy services in New York State.

On March 30, Wang was taken into custody at the Lily Spa. He was taken to Queensbury State Police for processing. On Thursday, a fourth victim was identified, and on Sunday, a fifth victim was identified, according to New York State Police.
Shuhang Wang and Lili Wang were each arrested and accused of aiding and abetting Tieli Wang to practice without a license. According to New York State Police, both knew Tieli wasn’t licensed to perform services and continued to book clients for him.
