Members here want to know hours, who is working, a good texting response, they are busy.
If Oak Hot Stone wants to be a serious consideration, really needs to improve things for the customers.

Not sure you have the correct person here, but I texted in the past to find out who is working, and there is rarely a reply.
Members here want to see a schedule of available girls, they want to learn about the spa and the service provided.

I think you are missing the opportunity here.
Just look at Z-one, V-one, Utopia, SL West all letting customers know who they can see. Posting daily and a few posting a weekly schedule.

I will NEVER come to your spa without knowing who I am seeing. I will NEVER come without an appointment.
You have NO reason to post here unless you are going to update the members here, this is very simple.

If you are not going to provide information for the members, best you don't post here, best you continue on Leolist.
Members here want information, that is why they are on this website to begin with.

Lastly, a simple sales lesson, if you get a text, I suggest you reply. No reply, 100% no visit.
You want to build business, you invite and entice your customers to visits.

You should be aware, that there are a dozen spas nearby, why visit Maple? Why?
Kerr Street Wellness, Hyacinth, Comfort Foot, Utopia, Pink (Woody St), Lavender, Maple Wellness, Dolphin and the spa on Wyecroft all within 2 or 3 kilometres, total of 9 spas, your spa makes 10.

Add in the leaders in the area Z-one, V-one, SL West, that makes 13.

Add in 7 Burlington spas and another 5 spas in the Miss/Oak boarder, that makes 25 spas.

What will YOU do to EARN my business? My goodwill?
You don't have to worry now, as I won't text and many won't text.

In Canada you EARN business, you treat your customers with respect and you provide information, and you engage your customers so they return.

I drove by your spa, 3 or 4 times a week, sometimes on my way to Utopia or Comfort Foot. I see your parking lot is empty.
You want business it starts with being helpful and polite and provide information to the members here on Massage Planet.

If you won't do this, then stop posting and wasting the members time here. Seriously, it's hard to earn good will, it's hard to earn business.

If you want customers, start to post, post daily, post who is working and post your hours, your rates etc.
Most importantly, reply to your calls and texts immediately, most members here plan their visits.

Pleasure, advice is only good if you act on it. Customers are hard to find, harder to keep, customer communication is critical to the success of any business.
Look at the local spas, they are doing a very good job keeping members here informed, and keeping them interested.
