DONT GO TO OAXACA - its dangerous and i know because my wifes family is from there and we were going to go for christmas and her family said dont come because it very dangerous. all the tourist areas are closed - why because there are no tourists going because its to dangerous. ive been going to oaxaca for 25+ years and theres action there. i dont know about now with the problems there. i myself would not go now . bus burnings - building burnings - killings . i live 10 miles from mexico and get mexican tv stations so i know whats going on. ( pick another place ) just my 2 cents worth. ( HUATULCO - my wife has a family member that works in a club there and he told me there are lots of women there to be had , but as far as prices go i cant say because i dont know. im shure the women are not cheap. thats a tourist area so im shure its high dollar. the best way to find the cheaper women is to ask the locals or taxi drivers. also the smaller towns ive found are better for cheap pussy. good luck guys.

Yeah, I've been keeping up on it. It looks like it came to a head last week. I kept thinking to myself that if that was in the US, that protest would have lasted about 15 minutes before the tear gas and rubber bulletts would have been flyin'.

I think that I might head to Huatulco, or at least stay on the coast and away from the city of Oaxaca.

Do you know anything about the action in Huatulco?

I have not been to Oaxaca, but was planning to go in December. HOWEVER, there is some serious civil unrest there due to a teacher's strike that began in May 2006. I recommend staying away until it is cleared up.
