This location has survived a few reincarnations already. If you ever searched RubMaps, this place had a different name the first time, before sticking with Ocean's Spa a couple of reincarnations. Somehow, the bait and switches was able to turn over a few customers to keep it going for a while.
Just watch, it will reincarnate again since the place is setup with showers in room which is perfect spa setting. Unless it's gutted and configureed to accommodate a different type of business, it will resurrect.
Someone mentioned before there was a loose association with another spa nearby......
The other place on 118 Avenue that is not upstairs........

It is called Am Spa we all know it Welldunn. That place and SP Studio had business cards for Ocean outside the doors. It probabaly had or has the same ownership i know there was a Silver little SUV that would go back and forth between Am,Sp and I took drive by Ocean one day out of curiosity. Same vehicle it had the same plate number I dont remember what it is now but the vehicle was a little Kia Sorrento I think it was.

Since you mentioned a little crossover SUV, I recalled a similar vehicle in the south of the city on 50 Avenue and 87 Street in my the industrial area that has since closed down too.
It was called My Asian Baby and after that called Moon Asian Spa.........I went there once and passed by it many times after work to check it out for curiosity to see if it was still open.

I went there many years ago met one gal with the name of course Coco she had the biggest rack I had ever seen. Apart from the gal who advertises on BP calls herself Akiko I saw her when she was at CO a few years back I dont do the BP thing anymore now though.
