online scheduling in a multitherapist office

hey everybody..

i currently use appointmentquest for our online scheduling. we have three therapists total, and i pay about $46/month for the service. this service allows for 10 different services to be listed for the clients to choose from and 5 different therapists.

i have the option of downgrading to the 3 therapist/5 service package, but i want to just double-check myself that there isn't another program that i'm missing that might work.

i have checked hourtown and although it looks great, that type of scheduler will not work for our practice because it's geared toward a single-therapist office. we need something that shows all of us because we work so closely together, share clients on spa packages, that sort of thing.

so my (long-winded) question is: is there another program that you use that will work with multi-therapists/multi-services (we have a variety of facial services, wraps, foot tx, massage, etc)?

What about using a Yahoo calender? could that be accessed by multiple people? Not sure if there is any flexibility in that??? But its free!

Check out appointment-plus. I have used them before, they were great to work with and could customize their program to your situation.

You can have as many services as you want, and I believe as many therapists as you want. They charge based on the number of appointments a month you schedule. I pay for 300 a month, and it is extremely reasonable.

myrrha... i've tried to sign up for the demo but it goes to a blank page. you're right though, the monthly fee is more than reasonable.

I'll second Appointment-Plus. Have been using them for a couple of years now and am happy with the service. We have a multi-therapist office, and I like the fact that some therapists don't want to allow online scheduling and some do. Apt-plus gives me plenty of flexibility for all the therapists (and unlimited services).

i've gotten the demo up and running, and it seems great. can i ask you a question that i can't seem to find on their info pages? when i booked a standing appt, it came up with a dollar amount at the bottom. does the client have to prepay through the system for the apts when scheduled?

hey, thanks - i finally got it working and love it!

this program is perfect. there are a couple of things that i miss about appointment quest, like the "first available" feature. but i think it's going to work great.
