There is much misinformation being disseminated about the limits taking effect on Wednesday January 5, 2022.
(Limits are NOT based on the number of rooms.)
According to the government web site, limits are based on Floor area in Square Metres.
Here is the formula:
((Floor Area in Square Metres) ÷ 8). Round Down to the nearest Whole Number.
Example:
Total square metres of floor area accessible to the public in the business or facility = 75 Sq. M.
75 ÷ 8 = 9.375
Round Down: 9 Person Capacity Limit
Sorry, I do not have the time to answer questions about this, but I hope this helps some people.

Capacity limits for businesses or facilities open to the public
3. (2) For the purposes of this Order, the maximum number of members of the public permitted in a business or facility that is operating at 50 per cent capacity is determined by taking the total square metres of floor area accessible to the public in the business or facility, not including shelving and store fixtures, dividing that number by 8 and rounding the result down to the nearest whole number.
