I tried to book an early appointment so that I could take advantage of the discount and try things out.
I phoned the day before to try and book Britta. That didn't work out as the receptionist couldn't get a hold of her to confirm. That was fair enough. The receptionist said I should come in anyways, and mentioned that there would be a few girls available. I remembered this thread, so I asked what time they would open the next morning. She said 10.30 or 10.45.
I didn't want to wait around, so to be on the safe side, I showed up the next morning at 11.30am. The door was still locked. I phoned the number listed on the door, got the receptionist, and I asked what time she'd be opening. She said 10.30 or 10.45. I told her it was already 11.30. She was surprised and said she wouldn't get there for another 20 minutes.
All in all, not a big deal, but I was a bit annoyed as I wasted 1.5 hours getting there and back. Not the best customer service I'd seen from a business whose business is customer service.
