TOFT here ... small room , confused therapist (I started undraped, she pulled the sheet on , then pulled it off, on the flip she pulled it back then threw it on the floor) , no upsell which was nice and her rate for a joyful conclusion was reasonable , the massage was mediocre and the sum of all things didn't match what I found at 9 Star massage. Not a return adventure for me.

I have been following the threads on here for a while, but never registered until today based on my experience yesterday at Orchid. I called later in the afternoon. The girl that answered the phone sounded younger with no accent but sign of her when I got there half an hour later. Small room but clean. I believe it was Cindy who came in...immediately wanted to know why I only wanted 45 minutes (I didn’t have more time or money for an hour). Rushed service...offered hot stone...I said I didn’t really like them but she used them anyway. Half hour in she said we’re done. I challenged her on the time and she killed the next 10 minutes by pulling on fingers and rubbing the arches of my feet with the stones...then when i went to pay I asked how much (even though I knew it was $65 plus tax) and she told me $75. Definitely not going back there.

Stay away from this place the owner cindy used to work on center street when there you could get most things you would find aavailableon that street.she always cuts time argues with you and her massage is not that good . Also she thinks every one likes hot stones. She does that as it is easier than actually massaging you

I have had just under 100 massages in the last four years, and over a quarter of them are 45 minutes long...especially on my first visit. No-one in Edmonton has tried to overcharge me on the massage price, but there have been a few who have definitely tried to pressure for a better tip...to try and make up the difference.

If the massage is poor or shit, I can give none or little tip and I....should....be saving at least 10 bucks on the massage itself. The total savings soften the blow of having to go somewhere else.

She went by Cynthia when at 1605 on Centre St, back entrance, lower level.
I saw her when she just started there and she gave a good deep tissue without a hot stone massage.Went overtime and was extremely pleasant. Fake, but made the effort. It would’ve been a repeat for sure if I didn’t have other regulars who give outstanding massages and service.
I kept her number as a backup.
I guess she must’ve ended up having enough customers not to care about giving a good massage. Perhaps, like many other mps, she figured why bother to give a good massage and be pleasant and curteous when I can last in this business just fine without any effort.
And when it gets bad enough and even the most docile of men stop coming, sell the business, change the name, post some fake pictures, a changed and fresh description of what you offer, grand opening, new management etc and the goofs will start flooding back.

Most, not all, of the girls here will offer a hj finish, but only if you ask. The owner states in public that no extras are available. That is not true. Cindy herself gives them, although she gets frustrated if you take too long to pop. She was annoyed after maybe 3 minutes of stroking. Add to that she responds to kijiji messages while giving massage, and often leaves the room for 2 to 3 minutes to attend to whatever is going on outside the door (leaving your bare ass exposed to anyone walking by)

I'm not going back.

In addition, Maggie used to work for Cindy at the same shop apparently. She has moved on and run her own business:

The ads from Amy have been running since early 2020. Haven't seen her so don't have any opinions on the massage service. Last visit to that house based location was about 4 years ago when there were a couple of other therapists, one who opened a shop across from North Hill shopping.

As for Maggie, don't recall her working at 1605. She worked from an apartment on Centre north (3000+) before moving on, and eventually setting up Coventry home based shop. Believe she has other therapist working with her now.

So clearly Cindy @ Orchid cannot be the same Cindy as the one who 'reportedly' became Amy. Confusing. The locations are far apart. So maybe the thread should be steered back to Orchid (as it is today).

Confused to say the least. I have seem Amy on centre and 64 many times. Very good massage, very good. Even used the sauna. Nice lady. Not disagreeable as the original poster mentions.
