Hello Guys,
I decided to register to ask for help and advice. I am 15 years old, male and am experiencing quite uncomfortable back pain. It is hard to describe to you what the pain actually feels like but it only seems to go away when being sat with a cushion on the area that hurts or lying on the same side whilst in bed.
Around September time I suffered from whiplish as a passenger of a car accident whilst stationary and the whiplash has since disappeared thanks to a very helpful physio at my local hospital and I decided to ask him about this pain..
He said
He hasn't treated me for the back although suggessted that I got into the recovery postition and strectched out my leg until I felt the muscle tighten and then continue to do this as many times as I feel comfortable around twice a day. This hasn't really helped a great deal although eases the pain for an hour or two.
I have a similar issue with my shoulder muscles not supporting the socket and ball joints properly and I am currently visiting the pysio for this and these excersises are helping.....
Do any of you have any suggesstions and do you feel the pain is just "growing up" or related to the car accident in any way.
Thanks in advance and sorry for the long blurb.
George
