I had to leave work early today because my right wrist/hand finally gave up on me. I have been experiencing pain and soreness/weakness while working for about a month now, (both hands and both elbows) but I have been trying to just alter my use of them to alleviate the pain. I have been an LMT full time for about two years, and have been out of school for 4 years. My work load has recently increases a small amount, and I am pretty busy most of the time (4 days a week= about 25 hours) Anyway, so during my client today I started having severe pain in my right palm and heel of the hand. The pain was so bad that I was unable to use my hand at all, and ended up doing most of the massage using only my left hand and forarms. (I use alot of forarms usually) So anyway, I have the rest of today off, and all day tomorrow and then I go back to work Sunday. But I need to know some ideas of how to help myself with this injury. Oh, now my right pinky and half of my right ring finger is tingly but not completely numb. It feels like i hit my funny bone (ulnar nerve)
