CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — District Attorney Seán McCormack has released the names of multiple other people he says are connected to a sex trafficking operation being ran out of two massage parlors in Carlisle.
On Monday, CBS 21 had covered the alleged owner of those parlors, 69-year-old Chuanxia Wang of Newport, and the charges brought against her by McCormack.

Now on Tuesday, McCormack released that both Li's Asian Massage and GL Massage were investigated by the Cumberland County Human Trafficking Task Force as "phase two" of Operation: Closed2Trafficking, which was an operation announced back in 2023.

McCormack stated the investigation into GL Massage and Li's Asian Massage started after a tip from a concerned citizen which subsequently led to a search warrant being issued and an "undercover prostitution detail" being put in place in October and November of 2024.
After this, McCormack reported that the following 19 men were charged for promoting prostitutions at the businesses:

- James Williams, 53, of Millersburg
- Frantz Alteus, 50, of Dickson City
- Jeremy Herman, 54, of Mechanicsburg
- David Wholaver, 56, of Plain City OH
- Travis Walters, 29, of Turbotville
- Donald Miller, 57, of Dover
- Jeffrey Nguyen, 34, of Harrisburg
- Jason Martin, 42, of South Fork
- Robert Kraft, 33, of Millerstown
- Matthew Peterson, 43, of Danville
- Sebastian Klinger, 32, of Bellefonte
- Joseph Biddle, 54, Tyrone
- Robert Campbell, 38, of Harrisburg
- Christopher Striker, 34, of Lancaster
- Timothy Bricker, 62
- Juan Perez, 36, Lansdale
- Ravi Bastola, 40, of Mechanicsburg
Two people from Flushing, NY were also arrested for prostitution following the investigation, McCormack said.
Wang is currently out on a $100,000 bail, court documents indicated, and awaits a preliminary hearing on Nov. 27 at 9 a.m.
Currently, signs on the door of Li's Asian Spa show that the business was "closed down" the week of Oct. 20.
