RADFORD, Va. (WDBJ7) An employee of a massage shop in Radford has been arrested on 12 counts of sexual battery.

David Flanagan Jr. is being held at the New River Valley Regional Jail without bond.

Flanagan Jr. is the owner of Finest Hour Massage and the alleged offenses occurred there, according to the Radford City Police Department.

The case is still under investigation.
