PAIN IN MY LEGS AND KNEE

I HAVE HAD THIS PAIN IN MY LEG AND IT GOES TO MY KNEE.... IVE HAD IT FOR A COUPLE WEEKS...EVERYTIME I TURN AND GET OUT OF MY CAR I GET A SHOOTING PAIN GOING DOWN MY LEG...ITS AROUND MY IT BAND IT ONLY HURTS WHEN I TURN MY LEG TO THE LEFT. AS IN GETTING OUT OF THE CAR......DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS OF WHAT IT MIGHT BE? OR WHAT MAY BE CAUSING IT?

Have you tried adjusting your car seat to another position? A couple of years ago when I had a daily hour commute, found myself in frequent knee pain. Couldn't figure it out. t017 One day sitting in the car I became aware my knee hurt. Just stopped, checked in. Looked at my leg. My husband had apparently adjusted my seat up a notch some time before. My left leg would be slightly curled as it didn't quite leave enough room to stretch it out. I was sitting with my leg torqued for an hour a day. t010

I readjusted the seat, and the pain went away. Might not have anything to do with your issue, but then again if it does, it was simple.

Lots of possible causes, impossible to diagnose via internet. As suggested, try adjusting the seat and see if that makes a difference. If not, see a good bodyworker, physical therapist, or chiropractor and see if they can help.
